Day 7 ~ Beyond the Face-Off Countdown!

It’s day 7 of the 10-day Countdown and time for a recipe! Beyond the Face-Off  is Book 3 of the In the Game Hockey Romance series. (Book 3 already!) August 24 is the big day!  Woohoo!

Kelly made the girls’ movie night extra sweet with this recipe for Tropical Popcorn. Danni, Sarah, and Jordyn loved it! It’s super easy to make and delicious. Enjoy!

Tropical Popcorn Recipe

Spread 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut on a baking sheet and bake at 350° F until golden, about 10 minutes. Toss with 16 cups hot popcorn, 1½ cups chopped dried pineapple and 3 tablespoons each confectioners’ sugar and melted butter. Season with salt.
